In the upcoming post titled "DELTT," we will focus on the challenges faced by businesses due to glitches in the state (OSSE) computer platform, DELTT, which is used for managing staff information, licensing documentation, and compliance. Here's an example, despite diligently following the correct procedures, such as terminating an employee by uploading a separation document, users may find that the employee inexplicably repopulates as active staff at any time or that you added a staff member that disappears from the system. This system failure can lead to unjust disciplinary actions against businesses, holding them accountable for issues that are beyond their control. This post highlights the frustration and potential risks associated with relying on a flawed system, emphasizing the need for better technical support and accountability from the governing body.

Making it make sense!
